this area of alaska is known for its great fishing. since tim and nancy had to work during the day, we spent our days on the river. we saw fresh bear tracks down by the river each day we went.

i was the novice of the group so here terry is trying to explain the finer points of fishing to me.

things actually started slow for us but they eventually picked. i have a short attention span so was pretty excited to finally start seeing some action.
we were using single hook no barbs so actually landing the fish was pretty difficult. here terry and i are taking the team approach.
